The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. The Lord shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies. – Psalm 110:1-2

Aggressive stewardship gives you the ability to rule in the midst of your enemies.

In this world, as a Christian, you are in the midst of many enemies. Lack, insufficiency, debt, never having enough – those are enemies. So to rule the midst of those enemies will require some M-O-N-E-Y.

God has placed the power to rule in the midst of our enemies in our hands. We do that through our stewardship – how we manage our resources for God. The word aggressive means: to make an all-out effort to win or succeed; or being vigorously energetic, especially in the use of initiative and forcefulness.

Being aggressive in your stewardship means that your effort to overcome any enemy to your finances must be more powerful than that of your enemy. You do that with the help of the Holy Spirit. With wisdom and strength, He will show you how to handle what God has given you and what it will take to cause it to increase. Your task will be to listen and obey.

Be aggressive. Evaluate what you have now and then ask the Holy Spirit what to do with it.
