And he said also unto his disciples, There was a certain rich man, which had a steward; and the same was accused unto him that he had wasted his goods. And he called him, and said unto him, How is it that I hear this of thee? give an account of thy stewardship; for thou mayest be no longer steward. – Luke 16:1-2

Always remember that whatever you possess in this life is a part of your stewardship for God. The steward in the 16th chapter of Luke had failed the stewardship test because he had wasted his master’s goods. Don’t suffer from the same mistake. You have been anointed for stewardship and there are three words I want you to remember to help you keep your stewardship anointing strong:

1. Available – Are you available for the Holy Spirit to teach you beyond yourself how to trust God in financial matters? The Holy Spirit will have to take your soul and inspire it to agree with whatever the Lord tells you  to sow, whenever He tells you to sow, and wherever He tells you to sow. On your own, you are not strong enough to keep sowing even when you haven’t seen the return that you want. You will need to trust the Holy Spirit because He knows exactly how to bring you into the God-kind of manifestation you need.

2. Accountable – Once you make yourself available, now you have to be accountable to answer the call or meet the request. Meaning, sow like He tells you to sow. Never make excuses about how much you owe or money you need for certain things; God already knows those things. You must stay accountable and do what He tells you to do.

3. Able – There is a creative ability that God gives you once you understand that the only way you will be able to switch systems is by your sowing. You will begin to look for places to sow and people to sow in and God will begin to apply more and more seed to your hands.

Today, check your stewardship. Ask yourself: Am I Available? Am I Accountable? Do I understand my ability to sow?
