Isaiah 55:11 – So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Because God lives on the inside of you, your words should have the same effects that God’s Words have on any situation. They should not be returning to you void, they should be accomplishing just what you need them to accomplish.

 But, your words can’t become like God’s words unless your mind becomes like God’s mind. Sometimes, our words return to us void because somewhere satan is tricking us in our minds. We may not truly believe what we are confessing because we have chosen to believe a lie that satan has told us.

You see, satan will automatically try to use your mind but you must invite God to use your mind. You invite God by renewing your mind with His Word. You have to constantly put Spiritual things in your mind so that your mind can function with your spirit.

As you learn to invite God to use your mind, you will begin to think like Him. You will develop a mind that thinks the same thoughts that God thinks.

God never thinks losing. He never thinks failure. He never thinks “no” when He needs a “yes.” He never thinks “yes” when He needs a “no.”

Those are the kind of thoughts that God thinks. And that is why when God speaks, His Words are always successful!

When you develop a mind that thinks God’s thoughts, you will always recognize your dominion and the fact that you are created in His likeness. Now, when you speak, your words will carry the same weight that God’s words carry. They will not return to you void, but will accomplish that which you please and will prosper in the thing whereto you send them!
