Matthew 4:4 “But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.”
This is when Jesus was in temptation and led into the wilderness and Satan tried to tempt him. It teaches us a great lesson about the proceeding Word.
You have to keep the Word moving in order to stay in victory. When facing Satan the Word must keep flowing out of your mouth. Satan tries to get us to doubt the Word of God and test God’s promises.
He wants us to think that God’s Word cannot quite be trusted or what He has said is not the whole truth. You must respond to all of Satan’s temptations by applying the unchanging Word of God. If you want to successfully overcome temptation you must know what the Word says.
So this morning, keep the Word flowing in your life!
Amen Apostle! I Purpose To Keep The Word Flowing In My Life. That Means That Purposefully I Will Respond To All Of Satan’s Temptations With The Unchanging Word Of God. This Is The Only Way I Can Stand Strong In All The Promises God Has Made Me.
Holy Spirit, keep the Word of God flowing in my life. I just got a blessing sitting still right where I am. I bathe and soak in the water Jesus has flowing out of his belly-the ricer of life. I am surrounded and emerged by water of life in Jesus. No need for swimming lessons ir floatational devices. In Him I live, I move and I have my being.
