How oft did they provoke him in the wilderness, and grieve him in the desert! Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel. They remembered not his hand, nor the day when he delivered them from the enemy. How he had wrought his signs in Egypt, and his wonders in the field of Zoan. – Psalm 78:40-43
Psalm 78 tells us of all the great things that God did to deliver the children of Israel out of the hands of the Egyptians, but once they got out, they still were ungrateful. They didn’t understand that the wilderness and the desert are training grounds that you must go through before you reach the promised land. This is where God trains you to trust Him only as your source and how to switch systems.
I remember when my wife and I were coming through our switching system time. We didn’t talk to anyone about our financial problems. We didn’t borrow. We didn’t beg. We simply trusted God to help us make it month by month. We became determined that God would become our COMPLETE source and supplier.
You see, it’s the substitute supply that keeps you suffering – when you keep depending on something or someone else to meet your needs.
The promises of God are already done. God has promised to bring you to the promised land. In fact, God is bringing you to the promised land. It is a done deal whether you decide you want to go or not. But, YOU must make the decision and stop turning back!

This Day Apostle, I Purpose Not To Use Substitute Suuply. Nor To Depend Or Seek Anything That Alters My total Dependence On God. On Purpose I Will Let God Journey Me To The Promise Land. Turning Back From Any And All Things That Have In The Past Taking Me Off Course.
Amen. I make you my source spiritually, physically, emotionally and financially in Jesus name on earth as it is in heaven!!
My wife and I were leaving a place last night and I looked down and said to myself,”These/my shoes are cold.” And Instantly God said to me, “I made you cold!” And I said,”Amen”
When I saw the title The Substitute Supply, I instantly knew not to get caught up in it. A substitute is sub, below, beneath, and unbecoming to a child of God like me/us. Amen Glory
