Ephesians 3:16 – That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
Worship is an inner man experience. Your inner man, which is your spirit, must be right in order for you to really worship God. Today, if you really desire to step off into the experience of God’s presence, ask God to give you a clean heart.
God will not allow you to enter into His presence with clean hands and a dirty heart. Let go of any unforgiveness, grudge, or ill feelings towards anything or anyone. You cannot bring any “junk” into God’s presence.
Pray and ask God according to Psalm 139:23-24:
Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
When your heart is clean, God’s presence is guaranteed to show up. Supernatural occurrences are the by-product of God’s presence. Your healing shows up, your deliverance shows up, and problems are solved. You will be victorious!
When you worship God from your inner man, God will start changing your life like the waxing of a car. He will make your life shine in places where it was once dull and unsatisfied!
