Numbers 23:19 – GOD IS NOT A MAN, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
God is not a man. If you don’t see anything else in that verse, that is the key phrase I want you to tuck away in your spirit and never let go.
God is not a man. You see, men play both sides of the road. They may promise one thing but do another. God will not. God has never made a promise that did not come to pass. God will not fail you. He cannot fail.
So, why worry? Why be upset when things aren’t going your way? You may have some days where you feel like giving up because things are not happening as quickly as you would like them to. On those days, be encouraged, remember: God is not a man. Trust God’s timing and His wisdom. If He made a promise to you , He will fulfill it.
God is GOD. He is NOT a man.
