Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days. – Ecclesiastes 11:1

Through revelation, this verse is saying to keep sowing your seed and your harvest will find you. So, not only will you find it but it will find you.

Your financial breakthrough is seeking you through your seed.

You’ll get in a position where the harvest is looking for you. For genuine sowers, the harvest will finally run them down. But it is contingent upon you continually “casting” the seed.

I want you to see how many times the word “cast” is used to demonstrate the sowing of a seed in the Bible and how it relates to your breakthrough.

In Mark 12:41-44 – 41 And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much. 42 And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing. 43 And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury: 44 For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.

The widow woman’s seed, even though it wasn’t that much, came up for a memorial to God. It was a seed that God could not get off His mind. That’s what a breakthrough seed is, it is a seed that God can’t get off His mind – so He applies more seed to you and thus, more harvest.

Then, over in John, those fishermen couldn’t catch anything until Jesus told them to cast their nets.

And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes. – John 21:6

Those fishermen cast their net and received a more literal “breakthrough,” as their nets could barely hold the amount of fish It is a Biblical fact that every seed sown by the direction of the Holy Spirit will manifest or demonstrate a supernatural breakthrough.

So, I want you to see that as long as you are casting your seed, your harvest will come. While you do that, you can cast your cares.

When you’re sowing your seed, you’re casting your financial cares on the Lord. 1 Peter 5:7 says, Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

You can cast (sow) your seeds and not worry about whether or not they will yield a harvest.

Nobody knows the financial trouble you’ve seen. But, you need to know that you won’t go down because seedtime and harvest is perpetual. It will go on forever and ever and it will never run out. Seedtime and harvest still has the same divine backup that it had when God first said it in Genesis.

While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease. –Genesis 8:22
