Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes. Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Consider your ways. – Haggai 1:6-7

Do you know that it is a violation of the Spiritual law of seedtime and harvest to sow much and bring in little? If you are a victim of verse 6, you need to run to verse 7 with a quickness – consider your ways.

Instead of blaming God for why you are experiencing financial trouble – turn the finger back to yourself. But, not in condemnation. Do it so that you can get to the place where God wants you to be.

Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you what it is that is causing this to happen to you? Maybe you’re sowing much, but in the wrong place. Maybe, the harvest is coming back but you’re eating it instead of listening to what the Holy Spirit is instructing you to do with it. Is it your words? Is it your thoughts? Do you believe that God truly wants you to be prosperous? Are you living above your means at this time?

If God truly has pleasure in the prosperity of His servants (Psa. 35:27) and if when you Give,  it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again (Luke 6:38). And if Numbers 23:19 (God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?)  is true.

I urge you: consider your ways.
