For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. – Romans 12:3
For so long, from this verse, we missed that the Apostle Paul was telling us that our souls sit right in the middle of grace and faith. The enemy has tried to deceive us from seeing this because he knows the importance of all three of these things working in our lives. What can be impossible to us, when our souls are properly aligned with grace and faith?
All three are supposed to be working together. Grace, Faith, and Your Soul. Your spirit already has grace and the measure of faith.
The enemy is stealing from you through the ignorance of your soul. He doesn’t have the power to stop you, but what he does have, is the ability to feed you deceptive thoughts and to try to keep you ignorant of the truth.
The Grace of God is a free gift, purchased by Jesus’ blood, to grant you access to all that God, the Father has for you. You can’t earn, it. You can’t work for it. There is nothing you did to deserve it. Everything already belongs to you because God loves you.
Faith is your positive response to the grace that God has bestowed on you. It is not getting God to do something for you or waiting on Him to move. God has already moved. Use your faith to agree with what God has already done.
Your soul is how you pull everything from the spiritual realm into the natural realm. The parts of your soul: mind, will, emotions, and conscience, must all be in agreement with grace and faith.
Watch your thoughts. Watch your words. Everyday. Take the time to meditate on the things that God says are yours.
