The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing. – Psalm 34:10

The Lord says that those who seek Him shall not want any good thing. So, you may ask, how do I seek God? Well, you seek or go after God through His Word. When you seek God, He will seek you. Now, He doesn’t find people coming after Him every day, so when the Lord sees a man or a woman turn his or her face from the world and toward Him, He is delighted. Whatever it is they’re asking for, the Lord says, “Let them have it.”

John 15:7 says, If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

It’s not complicated formula. God tells us over and over His Word that if we would just seek Him, we wouldn’t have to worry about our needs. You shall not want any good thing.

Think about it. It is a good thing to have all your bills paid. It is a good thing to be able to walk into a store and not have to look at price tags. It is a good thing to be able to minister the Word of God freely, without any financial limitations. This is the life God desires for you to live, but it will only come when you seek Him wholeheartedly.
