2 Timothy 1:7 – For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
A spirit of fear comes from the enemy. God did not give us fear but he gave us three forces to overcome it. Those forces are: power, love, and a sound mind. Today, we are going to deal with the Spiritual force of having a sound mind.
A sound mind means to be Spiritually minded. Paul reminds us in Romans 8:6, For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Some other ways to view being sound-minded is being: “single”-minded, “strife-free”-minded, sure, “settled”-minded, “stable”-minded or “surrender” minded.
Satan attempts to assassinate your faith through your mind. When you are believing God for something, the enemy comes with all kinds of arguments that you are not going to get it, in order to try and stop you from believing.
So, you must stop letting him have access to your thoughts. How do you do that? Just stop him. Pull down the strongholds. Cast down imaginations. If you are thinking any negative thoughts that are against you, tell them ‘No, this is the way it’s going to be.’
Don’t allow thoughts that do not agree with what God has said to remain in your mind. If it does not agree with God, get it out. Whatever you believe, is your reality. But, the only true reality is the truth of God. So you are going to have to keep your mind active in the truth of God. (Romans 12:2) Don’t let your mind be idle with the truth of this world. Give God more attention in your mind, than the attention you give to the world.
When you are thinking in agreement with what God is thinking (the truth of God), there is no place for fear to abide. There is no place for fear to stay because God never thinks thoughts of fear. You have no business being in fear. And you have no business believing that it’s not going to happen. Whatever you are believing for has to happen. God’s Word says it’s going to happen, and that settles it. Never have more faith in the devil than you have in God!
It’s time to eradicate fear out of your life. You have three of the most powerful spiritual forces working on your behalf at all times: power, love, and a sound mind!

Apostle Addresses The Third Spiritual Force Which Is Sound Mind. I Purse To Keep My Mind Active In The Truth of God. On Purpose I Will Not Give The Devil Space In My Mind For Anything That God Has Not Promised Me.
