Hebrews 4:16 says, Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

You can go to the Lord’s throne boldly because you know you are going to get answer. It says let us come boldly, not begging. The church, for a long time, was begging God. Sort of like the beggar sitting at the rich man’s table looking for crumbs. God doesn’t want us to be beggars. God wants us to be bold.

When you pray, you can go before the Lord boldly knowing that God will answer you. The blood of Jesus gives you access to the throne of grace; the throne where God opens His door to you and says, “Come on In.” When I pray, I don’t go in with a meek attitude, I knock on the door and ring the doorbell at the same time. I go to God with boldness. You can’t pray like you don’t have the right to pray. You have a right to call on God when you need Him.
