Psalm 95:1-6-  O come, let us sing unto the Lord: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms. For the Lord is a great God, and a great King above all gods.In his hand are the deep places of the earth: the strength of the hills is his also. The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land.O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our maker.

As we continue on our journey of experiencing God’s presence through worship, I want to share with you 8 benefits of real worship. I will give you the first four today and the remaining four tomorrow.

  1. Real worship is how you enter into God’s rest. In His presence is nothing but pure, supernatural rest. Problems cannot stand in God’s presence. Neither can sickness, disease, lack, or limitations. Everything, but you and God, must leave in God’s presence. You can be rest assured that God will deal with whatever you need dealt with.
  2. True fellowship with God. Worship is a one-on-one experience with God. You can talk to God and He will talk to you.
  3. You will enter into a new realm of revelation from God. There are some things that God will not reveal to you unless you learn how to worship. You will have access to a realm that produces revelation you can’t get anywhere else.
  4. You will experience secrets to standing in God’s greatness. God’s greatness never ends, it is inexhaustible. Being in His presence will keep you aware of this fact and prompt you to worship Him continuously.
