Lack is A Lie

Blessed is that man that maketh the Lord his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies. – Psalm 40:4

I’m not telling you to ignore your circumstances, such as your debt or your bills. But you have to see lack as a lie. You may be facing lack right now. Don’t deny the lack, but do deny lack its right to remain in your life. Deny it the right to overcome you.

If you try to combat lack in your own strength and with your own understanding, you’ll fail. You’ll be swallowed alive by that lie. For too long, we’ve dealt with the wrong realm. We’ve dealt with the problem on the problem’s level instead of coming up higher to God’s Word. For too long, we’ve allowed our negative circumstances to “change” God’s Word in our own eyes instead of changing our circumstances with God’s Word.

The same Word that turned “the water into wine” (John 2:9) can turn our circumstances around too. But we’re going to have to walk in faith and obedience by thinking, believing, and speaking the Word if we’re going to experience continuous manifestations from the Word.
