Acts 10:44-46 –While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. 45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. 46 For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God.
Praying in tongues magnifies God. It enlarges your perception of God’s power in your life. A part from meaning praise and thanksgiving to God, to magnify means to increase in size and capacity. So, praying in tongues causes God to expand in you.
When God is magnified in you, you magnify with Him. Your capacity to hold more of God expands.
Sometimes while you are praying in the Spirit it seems like nothing is happening, but, every time you pray in the Spirit something is happening. God is getting bigger and bigger on the inside of you.
How many of you want God to get bigger and bigger on the inside of them? That means that you will get bigger answers, bigger direction, and live a bigger life in the Spirit.
The bigger God gets inside of you, the smaller the devil will be. You will be big enough to call his bluff. By yourself, you are no match for the devil. You need continuous, spiritual expansion on the inside of you. You need to be in partnership with the Holy Spirit.
It creates a living boldness and you don’t know how you are going to get through but you know you can trust God. You don’t have time to go back in your own natural mind. Your spirit is in charge. Let God get bigger on the inside of you and your fears get smaller and smaller.
Amen Apostle Thompson! Today with A Renewed Freshly Focused Mind I Grasp Acts 10:44-46. I Acknowledge That As I Continually Partner With The Holy Spirit My Capacity To Hold More Of God Expands. Amen! I receive the fact that praying in tongues enlarges my perception of God’s power in my life and my capacity to hold more of God expands.
