When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them. The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad. Turn again our captivity, O Lord, as the streams in the south. They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him. – Psalm 126

Today, I want to address any one who is still in debt, having trouble getting their needs met, or don’t have enough money and I want to ask you: Are you a sower?

It is crucial that you realize that the Lord cannot turn your captivity without your participation.

God can’t do it without you and you can’t do it without God. Your financial captivity will not be turned until you become a sower. God has to have seeds to work with. It is the seed that gives God permission to make you rich and allows you to live a life of prosperity where nothing can stop you – not the economy, or the government, or any tricks or traps set by the enemy or man! The seed is the power that reckons your behalf and it will get God’s attention.

This passage tells us that those who sow precious seed will be freed from captivity. So, you must sow seeds that cost you something. It’s not a real seed, if it didn’t cost you anything.

Today, I admonish you. If you are tired of not having enough and always suffering financially, locate yourself. Ask this question to yourself: Am I a sower? You will discover that the key to your financial freedom is in your own hands!
